Di's Sugar Cookies & Frosting

These are soooo yummy--the big hit at our Christmas Nursery parties--not just with the kids either!! :)

Sugar Cookies
1 lb butter
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon extract
6 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Cream sugar and butter--whip it well. Add eggs and extract. Mix all dry ingredients together and put in mixture above. Mix it all thoroughly.

Roll out and have fun!!

375 degrees for about 10 minutes



YUMMY FROSTING
1/2 cup butter Crisco
about 1/2 cup butter
1 bag powdered sugar
2 heaping spoonfuls of sour cream

Whip it well until you have the consistency you desire!
