1 large bunch broccoli
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and dried
1/4 cup honey roasted (or plain) sunflower seeds (or subst. cashews)
1/2 cup raisins (Golden White are also good)
--Trim and break into pieces the broccoli, cauliflower and bacon. Mix together with all other ingredients. Make sauce, combine with above mixture just before serving.
Sauce: 1 cup real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
