Boil a package of egg noodles--or any type of noodles you like.
Cut up pieces of a cooked roast (I like London Broil) or even cut up a cooked steak. I usually make this when I have gravy left over from a roast and mashed potato meal. Put your cut up pieces of meat into the beef gravy and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over noodles on each individual serving. Serve with peas.
