1 tblsp dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tblsp oil
2 1/2 cup flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients and beat vigorously. Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes. Spread in pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees
