Homemade Canned Salsa

14 lbs of tomatoes
4 large onions
3 cups of jalapenos
3 cups bell peppers
4 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar
12 cloves of garlic or 6 tsp

Boil for 1 hour

Add three bunches cilantro

Water Bath for 30 minutes

Makes 16 to 17 pints
