Chicken & Rice Bake

2 cups of uncooked rice
6 to 8 pieces of raw chicken
1 can of chicken broth--
you can also use 2-3 chicken bouillon cubes and water
1/2 can of water from chicken broth
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup--(I use the family size)
Cheddar cheese

Add--rice, broth, cream of chicken soup, & water into a 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle cheese on top, add chicken, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle more cheddar cheese on top. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour.

Cook a vegetable and walla--your meal is complete!!
