Belgium Waffles


Separate 2 eggs
Whip Whites & Set aside
Mix:
Egg yolks
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Add:
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 cup of flour
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Fold in egg white

I usually triple this recipe so I have extras and then I lay them on a cookie sheet and freeze and then put them in a zip lock bag--walla---waffles for the rest of the week!!
